NEDA Welcomes Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at the Opening of the 2024 Annual Red Cross Fair

       On December 11, 2024, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Executive Vice President of the Thai Red Cross Society, presided over the opening ceremony of the 2024 Red Cross Fair under the theme “Ten Decades of the King: A 72nd Birthday Tribute.”
       Mr. Kirati Veruwan, Vice President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), along with other agency representatives, attended the event at Lumpini Park, Bangkok. The delegation also visited various activities and exhibitions, including a royal tribute booth, games, and charity draws.

NEDA Explores Areas for Water System Development in Laos
From December 2-6, 2024, Mr. Kirati Veruwan, Vice President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (Public Organization) (NEDA), led a delegation in collaboration with Mr. Vanhsaveng Outthachack, Deputy Director General of the Department of Water Supply (DWS), and representatives from provincial public works and transportation departments, as well as state water enterprises. They were joined by provincial governors, deputy governors, mayors, deputy mayors, and local officials to survey potential areas for water system development in southern Laos.

The ceremony was held at His Majesty’s Memorial Park in Dusit District, Bangkok, in remembrance of his immense contributions to the nation.
