Mr. Peeramet Wutthinetirak, the Director of the Neighboring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), opened the seminar presenting the findings about “the guidelines for improving the efficiency of the official development assistance from Thailand to neighboring countries implying the value addition of the border trades: the case studies of Cambodia, Lao People's Democratic Republic and Myanmar” in order to obtain opinions and suggestions about the findings from the faculties, students, public organizations and private organizations related to this topic. Mr. Rapipit Prommanat, the Director of the Office of Speaker Policy and Planning presented the findings. The mentioned findings were obtained according to the memorandum of understanding about research and developments with the School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) in order to create a research network for developing and creating knowledge about the cooperation for the developments of Thailand and the neighboring countries at Mae Fah Luang University in Chiang Rai Province on
