On 24–25 April 2025, Senior Col. Saranyu Viriyavejakul, D.Sc., Vice President of Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (Public Organization) (NEDA), represented NEDA at the "Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia (SIPA) Policy Dialogue on Sustainable and Resilient Freight Connectivity in Southeast Asia", which was jointly organized by the International Transport Forum (ITF) and the Indonesia’s Ministry of National Development Planning, held in Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia.
During the seminar, Senior Col. Saranyu was honored to deliver the Scene Setting Presentation ahead of the High-level Dialogue and Final Results Dissemination session under the theme "From Planning to Action: Best Practices for Sustainable Infrastructure Funding and Project Implementation." His presentation highlighted key issues on policy prioritization and emerging paradigms in transport infrastructure investment through integrated, sustainable collaboration and resilient transport systems. He also shared lessons learned from NEDA’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects to promote knowledge sharing and the exchange of vital development insights among agencies involved in advancing transport systems across Southeast Asia
