NEDA Hosts Tripartite Meeting on Stung Bot Border Crossing and Access Road to Cambodia’’s National Road No. 5 Phase II

      On December 13, 2024, Colonel (Ret.) Saranyu Viriyavejakul, D.Sc., Vice President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), convened an online meeting with the Cambodian Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
      The meeting, attended by H.E. Mr. Phy Sophort, Under Secretary of State and Deputy Project Director of MPWT, Mr. Sanui Kazumasa, Chief Representative of JICA Cambodia, and JICA Headquarters representatives via an online platform, aimed to finalize the scope of technical collaboration for Phase II of the Stung Bot Border Crossing Facilities and Access Road to National Road No. 5 Project.
The discussion focused on ensuring effective support for Cambodia’s development objectives through this tripartite cooperation between JICA, MPWT, and NEDA.
