NEDA held a ceremony to swear an oath to be a good official of the state and a power of the country.

Mr. Phiramet Vuthithornnetirak, director of NEDA, led the executives and staff to join the ceremony to pledge to be good officials of the state and power of the country. It is for government officials to show their determination to follow in the footsteps of the King as servants of the land for the best benefit of the people and the nation on the occasion of the birthday of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua on July 28, 2023 along with signing the auspicious blessing to show loyalty and appreciation for His Majesty's benevolence on July 25, 2023 at Sun Towers Building.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
