At Landmark Mekong Riverside hotel, Vientiane, Lao PDR on 28th June 2019; Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA) and Mr. Kirati Veruwan, Vice President along with others participated as witnesses of the signature in Construction Supervision Consultant Contract and Contractor Contract for Road No. 11 (R11) Development Project on the route from Krok Khao Dor - Ban Non Sawan – Sanakham – Baan Wang – Baan Nam Sung, as well as Contractor Contract for Thailand – Laos Railway Construction Project Phase 2 Part 2 in Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR). Both projects have been supported by Thai government, NEDA who has provided financial support in the condition of soft loan to Laos government. Khun Bunchan Sinthawong, the Minister of Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Lao PDR acted as a chairman and there were also participants from Thailand and Laos including H.E. Mr. Kiattikhun Chartprasert, Ambassador-Designate of Thailand to the Lao PDR.
