At Pullman Hotel, Luang Prabang, Lao PDR on 27th June 2019; Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency participated in the press conference titled “the route connecting Nan twin city - Luang Prabang to Thailand – Laos economic growth”. The Vice-Governor of Luang Prabang Province, Mr. Wongsawan Teppajan; Director-General of Department of roads, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Mr.Pheng Douangngeun; and the Vice-President of Luang Prabang Trade and Tourism Council, Madam Weawmanee Doungdara welcomed the press group and provided the information about Hongsa – Jompet to Luang Prabang road construction project which will affect the development of the route connecting transportation between Thailand and Laos and Greater Mekong subregional-GMS, as well as the opportunity for trade, investment and tourism in Luang Prabang.
