NEDA Volunteers Organize “Artificial Breast Prosthesis Sewing” Activity in Honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother

Bangkok, 13 August 2025 — At NEDA Headquarters, Sun Towers Building, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Colonel (Ret.) Saranyu Viriyavejakul, D.Sc., Vice President of NEDA, presided over the opening ceremony of a volunteer activity entitled “Artificial Breast Prosthesis Sewing.”

The initiative was organized to honor Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty’s birthday anniversary on 12 August 2025. The activity provided NEDA staff with the opportunity to demonstrate loyalty to the monarchy, contribute to society, and promote the Agency’s positive image.

During the event, 100 artificial breast prostheses were sewn and donated to underprivileged breast cancer patients across hospitals in Thailand. The program was supported by equipment contributions from Sabina Far East Co., Ltd.
