NEDA discussed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Mr. Peeramate Wutthonnetirak, the Director of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), together with Colonel Sarunyu Wiriyavejkul, the Deputy Director led the delegation to meet with Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakorn, the Deputy Permanent Secretary, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss cooperation strategies with neighboring countries under the project called “Financial and Academic Assistance Programs” along with the future action plans of NEDA in the Kingdom of Cambodia as well as the progress status of each project and guidelines for cooperation with Cambodia to enhance good relations and support the expansion of trade, investment and tourism between them on September 28th, 2022, at the meeting room of the Department of East Asia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
