NEDA attended 51st Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of ADB.

Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, NEDA’s President, Mr. Kirati Veruwan, Director of Treasury Bureau, and Mr. Mongkol Charoensri, Policy and Planning Analyst, Professional Level, attended 51st Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of ADB during May 3-6, 2018 in Manila, Philippines. In this occasion, NEDA’s President had bilateral meetings with Mrs. Thipphakone Chanthavongsa, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Finance of Lao PDR and Mr. Hem Vanndy, Undersecretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia regarding current and potential cooperation on May 4, 2018.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
