The Opening and Transfer Ceremony of a Hygienic Pavilion, “Rong Mohnoi Nonsawan”, and Medical Equipment (CSER-R11)

Mr. Peeramet Wutthitornnetirak, the Director/Thai speaker, Colonel Dr. Saranyu Wiriyawetchakun, the Deputy Director of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA) of the Ministry of Finance, Lieutenant Sorawut Preedeedilok, the Ambassador at Helsinki and the representative of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, joined the opening and transfer ceremony of the hygienic pavilion,
“Rong Mohnoi Nonsawan”, and medical equipment with the budget of 1.2 million baht to Saman Wisetyapong, the Governor of Sanakham/Lao speaker. It was a corporate social and environmental responsibility (CSER -R11) project in the area of the R11 Road development in Krok Kawdor – Ban Nonsawan - Sanakham – Ban Wang – Ban Namsang in Sanakham, Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic on 21st February 2023.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
