NEDA’s 2018 Seminar Retreat and Study Visit

Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, NEDA’s President, led NEDA’s executives and staff to seminar and study visit retreat under the theme “NEDA’s transformation towards Thailand 4.0”. In this occasion, NEDA was honored by expert from Mae Fah Luang University to give a briefing session on adaptation towards Thailand 4.0 and had an opportunity for a study visit at Mae Sai Customs with the purpose to utilize knowledge and experience gained to NEDA’s works. The retreat was held during 28-30 September 2018 at Chiang Rai Province.

On April 3, 2024, Mr. Perames Vudthitornetiraks, President of the Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA), and his delegation visited Mr. Jin Liqun, President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in Beijing, People’’s Republic of China. The visit, at the invitation of the AIIB, aimed to discuss collaborative approaches for financial assistance in developing infrastructure within the Mekong sub-region and to exchange visions for infrastructure development in the area.
