NEDA Had a Meeting and Discussed with the Deputy Directors under the Integrated Cooperation Plan Between NEA and TICA for Providing the Neighboring Countries FA and TA

On 20th October 2022, the Neighboring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (Public Organization) (NEDA) held the meeting with the Deputy Directors and the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) under the integrated cooperation plan between NEDA and TICA for providing the neighboring countries FA and TA. Colonel Dr. Saranyoo Wiriyawetchakun, the Deputy Director of NEDA, and the managers of NEDA, discussed with Mr. Wattanawit Kotchasenee, the Deputy Director of TICA, and the managers of TICA.

The objectives of the mentioned meeting are to summarize the operating results as well as to follow up and drive the activities, plans/projects and cooperation for developments between NEDA and TICA. It consisted of (1) considering the progresses of the human resources development (HRD) that is the managerial guideline for mutual trainings in the next phase(s), the third country training program (TCTP) and the annual international training course (AITC); and (2) considering the progresses of the cooperation projects in the form of modifications according to the integrated cooperation plans that are the construction of the hygienic pavilion, “Rong Moh Noi Non Sawan”, the integration of the public health cooperation in Along Veng, Oddar Meanchey Province, Kingdom of Cambodia, and the integration with the cooperation of TICA. The mentioned meeting resulted in the harmonized missions for the international cooperation of Thailand regarding processes, operations, analyses and results by focusing on empowerment, joined-up government, and the Team Thailand for international development cooperation.
