A meeting to discuss public health system development along the border in neighboring countries

On Tuesday 14 December 2021, Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (Public Organization) (NEDA) held the meeting to discuss about public health system development along the border in neighboring countries and Country Strategy (2022 -2027): CS. Colonel (Ret.) Saranyu Viriyavejakul, D.Sc., Vice President of NEDA and Mr. Rapipit Promnart, Policy and Planning Bureau Director of NEDA acted as NEDA’s representatives to join the discussion with Sarawut Bunrit, M.D., Director of Klongyai hospital, and Mrs. Peeranut Jeamgool, Plan and Policy Analyst, Senior Professional Level, the representative from Trat Provincial Public Health Office. The meeting aimed, firstly for NEDA to present CS to those mentioned organizations in order for them to acknowledge the direction of NEDA’s cooperation for development, especially the aim to develop public health. The aim was also to discuss public health system development plan along the border in Cambodia, in order to plan 3-years potential project according to CS, and to assist financially and academically which would provide concrete results and sustainable development.
